The readout on the factory JBL powerhead of my Prius IV has started getting bars across it and then the whole display starts flashing. It has done it 4 or 5 times now and so far I have been able to fix it by turning it off and back on. I made an appointment with dealership to have it looked at and it has worked fine since.... The dealership told me today that they are going to order a replacement and just replace it even though they could not see the problem themselves. I could not believe that they would do this, but it made my day. Figured it was going to be several trips back before they would do something.:rockon: Has anyone else had this problem with their powerhead? They told me it could take up to 4 weeks to get the replacement in and if it happens again I would like to know if anyone else has a solution.

Same problem, and would not do it at the dealership, but they decided to replace it anyway. Hope you have the same luck!
