just bought a new red prius.it is taking some time to get used to.i can't believe that is getting around 60 mpg.i have only put 200 mile s on it so far.this car is the future people do not realize it yet.so far it has not been politically correct in my circle of friends. gordon
i have had my prius two for three weeks.it is the car of tomorrow,most people have a closed mind about the prius. on trip from columbus 125 miles i could only put 2.2 gallons in the tank.but i did have a tail wind. on the trip over to columbus it was a really strong head wind and it still managed 48 mpg. i am still learning .it is quiet ,has plenty of power in the power mode,the keyless thing is nice i hate to drive but the prius makes it more fun.. Welcome To PriusChat . I remember the excitement waiting for my 2007 Prius to come in. Every since than I remain excited with all the features of this wonderful car. But Best Of All The Gas Savings, I have been getting 56 MPG for the last 4 years. I hope you enjoy your new baby as much as I do mine.
