New Prius in MN-Twin Cities

    All,

    I just picked up a new 2011 Prius 2 in Blizzard Pearl. Should match the snow when it arrives :D

    What a fantastic car :)

    This is a great forum and I've already done the lock/unlock button mod to open all 4 doors.

    However, I have a question about the screws that hold the license plates. From past experience, these are the ones that rust the soonest especially during the Winter with the salt on the road.

    I'm looking to replace them with stainless screws. Has anyone done this?

    Welcome to the Forums. I used plastic license plate screws, but our local Home Depot and Lowes sells Stainless Steel Hardware which would work as license plate screws.

    Looks awesome with the mountains in the background. I may have to take some photos with buck hill in the background :D

    Looks like the 2-3 inches of snow isn't causing any issues.
