Just completed an online survey for my 2011 Prius. Was Toyota Motor Sales. Not about the sales experience, but the car itself. Was pleasantly surprised as didn't receive such a survey after purchasing the 2009 brand new. It was a good survey allowing to indicate problems with any area of the car and explain up to 400 words for each item. At the end got to say what I like most, least, suggestions for new features. Toyota is really stepping it up! I gave the car 9/10 overall. Who else got survey request in email box?
I also got the survey from Toyota motor sales but it wasn't anything about my Prius. It was mainly about the dealer. :noidea:
I received the survey all about the car and filled it in. It says that the results are forwarded to the assembly teams.
I was also surveyed this week right at 90 days from date of delivery. I returned the best scores possible with no "squawks" so far. I was glad to see the results are forwarded to the assembly plant. They did very well with my unit.
