2008 Prius HID Headlight intermittent problem. Cheapest best bulb to buy?

    I'll keep this short. Take the front bumper shroud off to replace the bulbs or you'll break the tabs off of the bulb cover. There are a lot of bolts and screws to remove but don't let that scare you. Just stay organized.
    Do not buy the Xenon bulbs from Hong Kong (China) [ebay]. You get what you pay for and you'll be sorry if you do. The best deal that I've found is at Amazon. $42.68/bulb
