Prius V five on first pairing to an Evo 3D suddenly announced "you have a new message" as the dealer was demoing the electronics on the car. Dealer pressed button before we could listen to the message (it was my wife messaging "are the two of you done messing around with the new car? The kids are going nuts in here") Since then I have not been able to get another text message to notify the car. Any advice on getting it working again? Or is this system flakier than the automatic headlight leveling sensor on my '04 Prius? cm_tenderloin ?
According to the experts (?!) at Toyota customer service, my phone is intermittently compatible with message access protocol Unfortunately for them they tried to tell me that blackberry bold was fully compatible. I have blackberry 9700 and no dice. What is the current entune software version after the most recent update? Possible my dealer didnt do the service update. PG86100 ?
