We worked with Richard Johnson (AKA 'RJ') at Fox Toyota in Rochester Michigan and had a very good experience buying our 2006 Prius. We got exactly what we wanted in six weeks; could have been much faster if we were more flexible. RJ kept us informed the whole time, and there were no surprises, no unreasonable fees, and they came down a little from MSRP. Tom

As I said in my initial post, we were very impressed with Fox in Rochester. I only have the one data point with them: We bought the Prius in 2006, and only purchased. We live up state so I have never used their service department. Hopefully some Detroit area members will chime in. Tom
