A friend wants a '12 Prius V III. He might need a little more space in the rear. Has anyone removed the 2 rear seats before? Anyone know if it can be done and how to do it?
I have not personally seen if you can remove the seats, although I do question if that is a wise decision to remove instead of just lowering the seats to make the room. I believe that in the Prius v, they also have the battery vents under the back seats, or so I am led to believe, similar to the Prius. Space wise, you would probably only gain maybe about 1.5' in depth at most for a small block area.
