When I click on a document to openit, a window briefly pops up and hten closes again! I can't get any document from techinfo. I only have 24 hours...

Anyone experience this before? How do I fix it?

Windows XP Pro, fully updated. I have all the browsers, and have tried with each one, to no avail. I have even turned off all pop-up blockers and such.

It's been a long time since I had my 24 hour subscription so forgive me if my memory is a bit hazy. Are you not able to right-click and download?

Hummm, so much for that idea.

I hope someone else with access can check it out and see there is a problem with the site itself.
    I am at a loss.

Aha, finally figured it out. Stupid NOrton Antivirus/Firewall crap was shutting it down. Disabling it didn't work though. I actually had to go into the SYstem COntrol panel and shut each module down manually. Arrrggghhh! Frustrating. I didn't catch it because Imade the mistake of assuming clicking "disable" would actualy do so.

    It's working now.

I hate norton, I just got rid of it and now everything on my system is running mutch better. When ever I had a problem it almost always turned out to be some conflict with norton internet security... fortunatly their high renew price prompted me to look at alternatives ($60, for a one year renewal - was only about $30 last year).

Just about any firewall can give access problems to web pages that do sophisticated things. The latest Zonealarm gives problems to Windows Update.

By the way, be sure you allow pop-ups for techinfo.toyota.com, as well as making it a trusted site. Seems to help some.
