I bet if you pull up the diagnostic window and then exit out of there, that will be the "reboot" you are looking for. Try: hold down Setup, flip the headlights off and on 4-5 times. Then hold down Setup again to exit diagnostic mode. It's crazy how laggy your screen is. I don't have the premium version and it's much more responsive.
What phone do you have? There are going to be times that Bluetooth screws up, and the best way to clear it is to restart the car, or re-pair the phone. As for the screen lag, yea, something is wrong with your HU.
From the last video it looks like something with Bluetooth internally is borked. They should replace that unit with a new one.
