Just got home from the dealer with my new Absolutely Red Prius C Two. I wasn't planning on getting a new car for another year or so, but really wanted to replace my clunker 99 Nissan pathfinder. Then I saw a dealer in the area offering 72 month 0% interest financing and I couldn't resist a crazy deal like that - hell, half the payment (or more) will come from gas savings. Very impressed with the car in the initial 15 miles I have driven!! Very very happy to get rid of that gas guzzling pathfinder. For the first time, I am looking forward to the commute to work tomorrow! Also looking forward to learning good info from this forum! Thanks to all the contributors willing to share advice. Cheers!
Congrats! And I still haven't seen a Absolutely Red C in the wild yet... Come to think of it - haven't seen any red Cs - even at the dealership.
Yay! A dealer close to me has a C Absolutely Red three in stock but I haven't gone to see it. I have commuted about an hour each way to my job for 7 years, and I agree--it was the first time I have looked forward to it! I don't mind it, as a rule, but I was eager for it to begin this time. Also, when it rained this week for the first time during my commute, I was excited because I could test out the wipers!
Welcome to the red family. Was not sure about the red (it was the only one they had), but it has grown on me and I love it.
I have had my red c 2 for about 2 months got 5400 miles on it and love it more ever time I dont spend money on gas. Congrades on the new ride.
