Ottonavi Audio Problem

    I just installed my Ottonavi HU without issue thanks to all the great photos some of the posters have shared with us.

    My problem is that the volume is like maxed out no matter what I do with the volume controls. If I turn it to "0" it will mute the HU, but all music plays at a very loud volume, even when it's on "1."

    Has anybody else experienced this? Faulty HU or faulty install?

    No your unit is not faulty
    Start the DVD app, you do not need to have a dvd in.
    Press the TUNE botton 4 times and rotate it to show "I.AMP" and dot "E.AMP"
