Master Warning sign lit up when switching the car off.

    Hi All,

    I got a 2010 Prius. I noticed that when I turn the car OFF , the master warning sign (yellow triangle with an exclamation mark) and a message in Japanese (which I cannot read) appear for a few seconds.
    I don't see the warning when switching the car ON, or while driving. I experienced this frequently when switching the power OFF.
    Anyone has an idea why this happens?

    Hi guys,

    Thanks for your replies.
    David, no I didn't open a door before shutting it off. I will try to find out why it happens and let you guys know.
    If anyone else experience the same as I do, please reply to this thread.
