So I am in New York, as a New Yorker, I can get a clean pass sticker to drive on the Long Island Expressway in the HOV lane as long as you drive an efficient car like the PIP. My issue. The sticker has to go in like 3 places on the car. I guess I have a problem putting a sticker on my new prius. So... do i sit in traffic or put the dam sticker on the car... I was thinking of keeping the stickers in the car and if I get pulled over telling the officer that i just got them and did not get a chance to put them on. But then again the cops were not born yesterday!
In Cali, its the main reason to have the car. The sticker is a badge of honor. And let's face it, it isn't that cool a car to begin with.
