    Time to ramp it up to the DISTRICT FACTORY REP. No more fooling around with the incompetent dealers. It GM products - FIGHT LIKE HELL!!!, don NOT back off even a bit. Be persistant with the district factory rep until the problem is resolved. My uncle and my wifes' cousin used to be GM (Chevy) mechanics - what I mentioned above can from both of these mechanics.

    If needed, get you states' attorney general office involved. Also explore your states' lemon law. Enough is enough - either they (GM) makes good in treating you as a valued customer or refund your money and move on.

    What is happening to you really, to this day, pisses me off the I am disappointed that GM hasn't changed one bit.

    The matter was resolved. GM took it back for a new 2013.
