Hey there, has anyone else encountered this? My driver door window switches have the following problems:
    1. The front driver's side window does not seem to have auto or express up/down. (Works fine for both passenger side windows).
    2. The rear driver's side window doesn't not go up or down at all when using the driver's door switch. The rear door switch operates the window just fine, so it's a switch issue, not a window issue.

(Probably obvious from the symptoms but I am not talking about accidentally locking the 3 non driver windows & then being confused)

    Any ideas, other than service?

no advise, just go to dealer service to document and fix the problem.

There should be some kind of window reset procedure. When I replaced a battery in a Honda, the driver side window was acting weird (no auto-up/down, etc). I found there was a reset procedure (I think it had something to do with the pinch protection). After I did that, the window was fine.

EDIT: Check the manual, page 172

Here's the text (copy and pasted from PDF)

When the power window does not close normally
If the jam protection function is operating abnormally and a window cannot
be closed, perform the following operations using the power window switch
    on the relevant door.
●After stopping the vehicle, the window can be closed by holding the
power window switch in the one-touch closing position while the
“POWER” switch is turned to ON mode.
●If the window still cannot be closed even by carrying out the operation
explained above, initialize the function by performing the following procedure.
Hold the power window switch in the one-touch closing position.
Continue holding the switch for a further 6 seconds after the window
    has closed.
Hold the power window switch in the one-touch opening position.
Continue holding the switch for a further 2 seconds after the window
    has opened completely.
Hold the power window switch in the one-touch closing position
once again. Continue holding the switch for a further 2 seconds
    after the window has closed.
If you release the switch while the window is moving, start again from the
    beginning.
If the window continues to close but then re-open slightly even after performing
the above procedure correctly, have the vehicle inspected by your Toyota
    dealer.

    Awesome!
I'll give it a try and let you know. Of course I'll take it in to the dealer for service if this doesn't work ... time at the dealer is a pain though so I'm very happy to have found the reset procedure, thanks a million.

If the drivers side window still rebounds while trying to reset, open the passanger side window and repertory. This was what finally worked for me.
