Hello I recently stumbled upon a website called priusrebuilders.com They offer a Prius main battery for $950 or one with improved Gen 3 cells as they claim for $1450 Prius Rebuilders - Services I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them and what your opinions on all of this are? I feel very skeptical but the savings seems significant, having trouble making up my mind if it is worth it or not.
Do you know about Re-Involt? http://www.re-involt.com/ They appear to be the gold standard for after market hybrid battery replacement.
