2012 Prius five navigation not giving turn by turn verbal instructions

    2012 Prius five Navigation system not giving verbal turn by turn instructions last 3 miles to destination. Also failed on new Prius at dealer. Toyota corp said navigation is working as designed. Does anyone have this problem?

    No. You probably had something turned off. Check the settings under the Voice screen, after you press the setup button.
