Anybody know if this can be changed? I did find one other thread on these forum from March of last year asking the same question, but no answer. Bottom line, I will easily hit $400-$500 in savings, but the Eco savings record only goes up to $200, so I'm looking to see if this is per design(which I believe it is), is there an update from Toyota to "fix" this, or a third party device that will allow me to change it? Thanks!
Interesting, I thought more people would have hit this and tried to have done something about it. I'll give a call to Toyota and see what they say.
Not sure if anybody cares, but I followed up on this issue with Toyota. They tell me the vendor that makes the display system and software made the $200 limit and there is no way to update with a firmware fix. Oh well, I guess I won't be using that anymore. I tried to push the issue but they basically told me nicely that we are done here. Apparently they will "pass it on" to the eng team and maybe a future Prius will solve this "problem".
Sorry but what features are you talking about ??? I can not recall anything like that I have the same car. This sound marketing bullshit ... what is the base of saving????? Your previous car ... Joe the Plumber's car??? Your neighbors ??
