I was new car shopping to replace my wife's 2002 CR-V that was involved in an accident. My wife is OK, but her beloved 11 year old CR-V was totaled. Was getting ready to buy a new CR-V when I happened to drive by a Toyota dealer and decided to stop to take a look at the Prius. Sitting in the showroom floor they had a demo, a 2012 Prius v Five, Blizzard Pearl, with the AT Pkg and 9,300 mi. To make the long story short, we bought it, at a very fair price, $28,594 + TTL. Included in the deal was two sets of floor mats, all weather and carpet, plus the cargo mat. Also included was the 3M clear bra. So far we are very pleased with the Prius. Hopefully this one will be as reliable as the CR-V and last us at least 10 years.
Congrats....I think you will learn to love your new "v"....how about those "owner's manuals" ??? ....they overwhelmed me..!! We have had ours just over a year and 16,000... No problems..knock-on-wood..! Suggest you scan thru the posts to glean some good info. on fuel saving techniques/tires/settings...etc.
