It had worked fine until yesterday.Now there is very faint sound (cannot hear it at all without turning the volume way up and even then, it is very faint). Bluetooth phone works fine as does radio. I have deleted and reinstalled the Bluetooth profiles from both the phone and car with no results. Interestingly it works fine with my ipad. Any help would be appreciated.
While your BT phone is connected to your car, check if the volume setting on your phone is set to maximum.
