I suspect you are correct. It has been 14 months since I test drove a Camry Hybrid prior to buying my Prius. I just did not like the ride and it just didn't "feel right". Oddly enough (!) my wife felt the same and we went with the Hatchback. I cannot imagine the Camry Hybrid would ride like the Avalon does .... The Camry has always been a great car, but the Avalon is certainly a step above for those seeking such luxury. Regards, Radmangto
In '13 I test drove both the Camry and Avalon, Camry seemed quicker, but the seats in the Avalon were much more comfortable, and being 71 at the time, I bought the Avalon. When you are in your 70's you will find that comfort trumps most everything else.
