Need help with smart phone Internet Pandora synch to 2012 Prius

    I have 2012 Prius,my at&t smart phone synched fine with the Prius, but i'm having trouble playing Pandora or anything with the internete. The phone works like it should through the car but when I try to go on internete it says it can't hook up. Can anyone help me with this problem.....you guys are great on here, thanks a bunch for any help you can give me.

    Are you running the entune app on the phone?

    You must run entune on your phone and plug your phone into the cars built in USB

    It must be running to get internet access.
    USB is only to play files (or pics) from the phone, the entune app works via bluetooth and does not need to be plugged in to work. My phone stays in my pocket and works fine via the bluetooth (had a vivid, not the HTC One)
