My navigation screen is stuck in the open position. Must have accidentally pressed the button to open it (had never opened it before). Any ideas on how to close it?
If you have not tried already, press the Close button. If this does not work, then you may have a problem with the Nav unit. If this is the case, you may want to try removing the fuse to the Nav unit and trying a hard reset.
Thanks. We did press the close button repeatedly...nothing. My husband removed the fuse for the Nav unit, we waited a couple of minutes then replaced. Still nothing. What do you mean by "a hard reset?"
