Post your recent fuel economy here, along with a brief description of the conditions. Photo optional. On a vacation to the Adirondacks last weekend, I got 55.5mpg overall on a very scenic and enjoyable 780mi round trip. Here's the rural interstate leg of the trip, where I got 53.4mpg with the cruise control locked at 73mph. The recorded average speed was dragged down by two rest stops and a small amount of traffic. A/C off, windows up.
Impressive for real world driving, even though you didn't use a whole tank. That's two pretty short rest stops.
Not necessarily. If he turns the car off it doesn't matter how long it stays off. This is the trip B not the odometer from start screen. As long as he gets back on the hwy and continues at 70, he'll keep his speed up.
77.1mpg on my 8.5 mi trip home from work today. We're probably having the last warm weather of the year, so I expect the fuel economy to start dropping.
I'm putting 800 miles a week on mine(62% highway) and averaging just a tad over 50mpg consistently. I used to fill up every two days, now its twice a week.
