Looking at ebay, it appears $4000 is the cheapest cost to buy a Prius G1 (sedan) or G2 (hatchback) that has no issues (and < 100,000 miles). Does that sound about right, or should I look for a lower pricetag?
If you can find a gen II for $4000 with under 100K miles, jump on it. Around here it seems 100K = $10K or so. A price that low is 150K-200K miles.
Troy - that seems very low to me as well. If it were me I'd be sure to be extra careful checking out the cars that you mention just to make sure that they are not too good to be true.
