2014 PIP Base NY area

    Hello. I am on the east coast and interested in buying a 2014 Toyota Prius Plug in base model tomorrow. I believe they have a $1000 consumer incentive and that the factory holdback percentage is 2%. Does anyone know if they have any Factory to Dealer Incentives? Without this i am looking at offering $28,900 on a $31,025 msrp.
    Thoughts?

    why not just email a few dealers and see what they come up with for pricing?

    Only one dealer in a 50 mile radius has stock.
