I purchased my Prius C brand new almost 2 years ago. I bought the top of the line with Nav and all. Since having the car, my car has been in 3 times for Navigation not working at all. It was replaced once and I am back in now for the 4th time because it wont work. They cant seem to figure out the problem. Do you think that I can request a refund for the nav system since I've had so many problems? Help! I'm losing my mind here.
