I have had my Prius C 3 less than 2 months and I love it, but I have had problems with the dealership parts guys confusing it with the liftback 3 times already. The first problem was getting a new SKS fob, Then I found out that they put the liftback wiper blade on the back and it got stuck in the spoiler. Then I went to get wiper blades for the front and they tried to sell me the liftback ones there too. I had to take the counter man out to compare with the ones on my car to prove they were the wrong size. And every single part for the C had to be ordered! So far this has cost me FOUR EXTRA trips to the dealer with no end in sight. Why did Toyota force all this confusion on us! I can only imagine what Prius v owners go through. Nicholas
The parts guy sounds like he's an idiot. I have had my share of people who don't know what they are doing. Not on this car as I have only owned it for week. When I ordered tires for my previous vehicle, they were completely screwed up, I had to use their system and order them myself. So cheer up! At least you get amazing gas mileage so the only thing lost is time
Give the parts guy the vin number, and then order you parts. Why are you needing wiper blades on a 2 month old car?
