I looked everywhere I could think of and I can't find a reference to california county HOV lanes not covered by CA Assembly Bill 2628: http://democrats.assembly.ca.gov/members/a...lt2.htm?hybrids Here's the CA vehicle code section covering HOV lane usage: http://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/vctop/d11/vc21655_9.htm The only mention of the expressways not covered by the new bill is by a newspaper columnist. Can anyone point me to an official document spelling out this exclusion? (other than a newspaper columnist's Q & A) -Adriano
