Very frazzled at the moment! I've paired my Iphone 4 to the radio in my Prius C one perfect. Calls and audio work. When I go to settings, scroll to phonebook, and click enter it just says "no entry" with no option to add an entry. If I go to speed dials, same thing. No Entry, and no way to add an entry. Please help!!
That should be covered in your owners manual I would think. It is possible that the "one" doesn't have the capability to "download" the directory from the phone. Just wild guessing here.
It does it fine for my iPhone5 in my prius c one, but the method was very non-intuitive. The step left out of info I found online was that I had to go to the phone and put the contacts list on screen before it would actually transfer them.
