how to open car doors while fob is in pocket??

    I have a 2005 prius that used to open the doors with the fob in your pocket/purse but i had it in the shop the other day and now i have to push the open button. I got spoiled with this feature and i want it back lol. Does anyone know what i can do to program this feature back? Thanks in advance...

    Do you have an on/off button for the smart key in the car somewhere? Could they have bumped it off while they were working?

    there is a switch under the dashboard, below the steering wheel. they probably turned it off.

    On my '04 hatchback it was an unmarked round black button underneath the steering wheel. The II might be the same.
