WTB: Prius roof racks, All weather cargo mat & 2" hitch

Like the title says, I am looking for a complete roof rack system for my 2010 Prius. Looking for a great deal on Yakima Q Towers and clips or the new Whispbar system. Possibly a bike rack to fit two bikes.

Also looking for a rear hitch with 2" receiver. I know Torklift makes it, however hoping to find a decent one on here for cheaper than a new one. I'm looking to transport three adult bikes and one child's bike, so the capacity max may be three, at best, so I need a roof rack to hold the fourth one and to hold my box for all of our gear too. I know, I know, MPG will get shot, but hey, this lady needs to carry her gear somehow.

Lastly, need an all weather mat for the cargo area. Don't care what color.

I am located in So Cal, Huntington Beach, OC area to be exact. Hoping to find a local seller, but if seller is from out of the area and it is a great deal, I'll consider.
