I am thinking of installing a DEI 545T nite-lite system in my 2005 Toyota Prius. I have read some threads on people putting these in 07's and 08's. I am looking for people who have these in an 04-05 so I can get the right color combo of wires. If anyone can help me acomplish that, it would be great. thanks in advance.
I bought it, but have never installed it. I have a 2007, and I imagine the installation has to be very similar - if not identical.
I am hoping so. I looked at a few schematics and understand the wiring, just dont wanna have something go wrong if the wires are different in my harness then they would be on a newr model.

Well I now have automatic headlights in my 2005 Toyota Prius! Thanks to a member on here for selling his and to the members in th past that gave all the info on how to do this. It works great and I cant believe they didnt put this in at the factory.
Yep don't be afraid to install this. It is a very simple install and looks harder than it really is. When you look at the instructions it looks confusing. You only hook up 2 power wires, 2 grounds, 1 wire to your headlights and 1 to the wipers. There are a lot of wires and a relay that don't get used. If anyone is looking to put one in their prius, please don't hesitate to ask any questions. iPhone ?
