Meaning of Chimes or Bongs

    More specifics. While driving yesterday with the Garmin un-muted I was able to determine that the dual-chime is warning that I'm about to enter a school zone. Apparently there is no way in the Setup options to disable that "feature". So back to the muted approach.

    I think they are not that specific, but it is the general alert tones.
