    agreed. the best and most cost efficient option is to build the right size the first time.

    Last year, when I went to the plug-in gathering, it was $12 in tolls and $7 to park. I used about $1.50 in gas.

    As a consultant.....road and bridge inspector, I can back you up on the fact that wear and tear (at least on Pennsylvania roads) is measured by the tractor trailer traffic.
