I have no idea what happened. One day it was working and the next day the BT in the audio menu was dark and I could not select. I, obviously have not gone to the dealers yet hoping I could figure out why. My phone works great through bluetooth. I've connected, deleted, re-connected, basically done everything to try to figure out why. Anyone know what's wrong? Thank you!
Did you try going into setup and readding the phone as a new bluetooth portable music device? its a different place in the menu than where you set it up a a phone.
I had this problem when I discovered it was connecting to my iPad instead of my phone. I had it "forget" the iPad, and the phone auto-connected just fine after that. Once in awhile it still fails to connect, but turning Bluetooth off and on seems to solve it.
