Plastic apron under bumper

    Driving home on the highway tonight, a rattling started on my 2008 Prius. When I got home, I noticed that a plastic piece (apron?) was hanging down under front bumper. Is this an easy diy fix? Dealer fix? Expensive? Thanks.
