    I was referencing a WHO(I think from them) report on the incidence of cancer in miners. It was an important one for linking cancer to diesel particulates. It gets brought up on why diesel cars would be bad for the US. Which overlooks the fact that the diesel mine equipment, at best, had a two way cat, and no DPF. Making it uncomparible to diesel cars meeting US emission regulations.
