So here's the story. Tried the Ford Escape last month (they were having a special 0% for 5 years), but wasn't impressed. Went to Toyota next, and test drove the Prius. Never made it to the Honda dealer - Ordered on March 27th; was told it would be in April 4th-11th; got a call on the 11th that it just came off the truck; picked it up on the 12th; paid for it (via credit union - 4.1%) last night. At this point, I'd say my wife and I are somewhere between very, very pleased and delighted - what a nice car. And so many gadgets!! The very first thing I did when we got it home was to turn off the reverse beeping. And the very first thing I did before the car even made it to the dealer was to order a BT stiffening plate. I talked to Brian, and he had in a supply of torque wrenches, so I ordered one of those as well. I'm sure I'll have questions as we get acquainted with our Prius, and I know where to ask them - I've already learned quite a bit from the people here, so thanks!
