2011 Prius mechanic in Central FL needed.

    My 2011 Prius plus made a growling noise from the front right engine compartment area the other day. Yesterday as I drove it to work...it stopped growling and the A/C stopped blowing cool air. The volume of air from the vents is the same, just no A/C. Dealership wants a pretty penny to fix it.... Anyone know of someone in the Orlando FL area that could help me.

    Do you suspect that the dealer is not being honest with you ??
    Is there not more than one dealer in Orlando ??
    Some things are just expensive to fix.......like AC compressors......and it often is not wise to "go cheap".

    Do an internet search (Google, etc) for "auto AC repair, Orlando).
