I bought a auto light kit but no instruction on how to open the cover behind the wheel so I can access to the the wires. Also how can I remove the cover on the lower left corner to access the ACC? Thanks in advance~
To remove the two covers surrounding the steering wheel there's a hole on both sides of the steering wheel, in the cover, that you push in with a small screwdriver. It's in this thread: JDM Prius Steering Wheel | PriusChat
Thanks. I used the picture from the thread you gave me. I actually want to remove the cover here to access to the stalk for adding auto light. xlider, are you talking about those two holes in the picture. I tried to stick a screw driver in but still cant get the top and bottom cover out...
I've never done it myself, but I believe the holes are on the sides, not the front, like in your picture.
