Firstly I am new to the forum. I registered because i have a question that probably only toyota fans know. I am planning to buy these rims for my winter tires on my lexus ct200h The seller says the rims are OEM and should fit my ct200h. The hub bore on the ct is 54.1, how do i know these rims have the same size hub bore? Should there be written on the rims aswell? I hope you guys know the answers to the questions. Peter
I own a lexus and i am planning to buy used toyota rims. The seller told me these are OEM toyota rims. Is there any way to check that and the hub bore?
These rims are 17 inch. The seller told me the hub bore is also 54.1, same as the lexus ct200h. Only thing im concerned about now is how to tell if these rims are real toyota rims or some fake ones.
not stock gen2 touring. We have a family member with one of those and that's not them. But they do look nice. Weather they're fakes it is another thing - .
I don't know about the "size hub bore" but the rims should be 5x100 specification (that's 5 bolt pattern, 100mm apart between the bolts). As far as fake vs. real, I'm not sure but as a long time Toyota follower, I'm struggling to visualize what Toyota came with those 17" rims. Nothing comes to mind. Then I google'd the images and eventually found that it's from a 10 year old Avensis! That explains why we won't recognise those rims because they were never fitted to a U.S. spec car (and of course the Avensis isn't sold here) I guess you could check the weight and see if they match the weight of the OEM rims (if you can find the specs), maybe see if there are any weird cracks or poorly manufactured joints.
