OMG......how hysterical was that? Cartmans' mom couldn't "handle" Cartman anymore so she hires Nanny 911 to come over and teach her...... Cartman runs Nanny off to the insane assylum.... so guess who comes over to help with the problem child... Ceasar came over and applied his "techniques" to Cartman.........treating him like a dog....! "Notice I'm not paying any attention to him"......."The problem is not a lack of love"....."Do you ever take Cartman for walks?".........."Calm and submissive"....... Hysterical.....
