O.K. I don't know why and I am tired of fighting the issue, so I live with it, but the only way I can log-in to PriusChat is via the Chrome browser. FireFox only "spins." MS Edge works sometimes, sometimes not. And I think IE works occassionally, but I don't remember.

Anyway, I am past that, if I plan to post, I log-in via Chrome.

However, on the google search page, below the box where you put in your search terms -- Chrome has a box of past webpages you have visited, including the Chrome store, which I have never visited in my life.

Not a big issue, but it irritates me. Anyone know what I am talking about -- and more importantly how to keep those pages below the search term box from appearing? Hopefully, here is a screenshot of what I am talking about.

It's set to google.com....so that does not work.

But that got me thinking. so, I changed it to the google homepage that Firefox is set to...which is google https and a bunch of other gobblygook, but comes up as a clean google search page.

That seemed to work on Chrome -- except -- Chrome opened, but refused to maximize -- it sat on the taskbar and would not "open" to a "real page."

I ended up uninstalling Chrome. I may try again in a few days.

Been using chrome for al ong time. I would try going to the settings area and customizing your options. I use to use firefox, but I could not open my work related websites. Firefox won't allow me to open many sites that my job requires so I tried chrome and all went well. Chrome works well with my gmail and I also have full access to it in my tablet and galaxy phone. Sorry you are having issues with it. It took me awhile to navigate through the settings area, but once I got it down, I didn't get the annoying issues you are talking about. It will take time, but it is a good browser in my humble opinion.

O.K. Installed Opera. It will take a bit of "learning," but I think I like it. It let me log-in here very quickly.

Yeah take your time and don't blow a fuse..any browser takes time as you tend to take for granted HOW the OLD browser worked and try to do the same on the NEW one....You will get there..at least your logged on!

Yep hasn't worked with Firefox for some time now. Something to do with using Google to log in via Firefox. Gave up trying to figure it out.
