Well, in Canada the weight range is 1435 - 1460 kg for the PiP. That's higher than the 1420 kg I posted earlier BTW. For the regular 3rd gen Prius, the weight range is 1380 - 1397 kg in Canada. That means the difference in weight ranges from 38 kg (lightest PiP - heaviest Prius) to 80 kg (heaviest PiP - lightest Prius) depending upon the model, with the difference in weight between the heaviest models being 63 kg (heaviest PiP - heaviest Prius). That equals 139 lbs. Judging by those Canadian numbers, the extra gadgets in the Advanced/Technology package weigh 25 kg (55 lb).
Figured the extra Batteries would weight at least 100lbs But its good to know My Gen 2's had a tendency to snap oversteer when fully loaded. They required more air pressure in the fronts to counter the heavier rear end and induce under steer. Usually 2-4 lbs more of air pressure in fronts.
