Maybe it is searching on a phone but cannot find any useful info on Google: is there a list of the oem and third party bulbs that would fit the plug-in 2012 base model, rather than non plug-in? Thanks in advance.

If you want brighter and a plug n play H11 bulb, get these: Philips H11 X-tremeVision Amazon sells them or you can probably pick em up at your local Pep Boys for a few bucks more. I put these XtremeVision H11 bulbs in my GF's PIP. Much better than the stock H11's and also better than the silver stars. You can also run a modded H9 bulb, that's what I use in my PIP, but the XtremeVisions are equally bright and you don't have to mod them to fit an H11 socket.
