Can't remove bluetooth profiles (I select delete but nothing happens)

    I recently bought a Prius 2011. As all the bluetooths slots were filled I have been trying to delete the existing profiles. I don't have any problems finding where to do it in the setup menu. However when I mark one or all of them and press delete and confirm, nothing happens more than the profile being demarked a few seconds later. Have a tried it a few times an nothing works. Any advice eg reseting the system?

    Would disconnecting the batteries (hybrid and 12v) "hard reset" the system? Odd that it won't delete the profile if you've told it to do so.

    I think disconnecting the battery may help actually, there isn't a reset button anywhere lol. The battery thing will make you lose the time and other small things if im not mistaken.
