I bought the warranty and the term is expired. So I asked the refund to the dealer and I was told they will not refund the money because I don't have the copy of the signed warranty. It is totally scam. They should have my warranty information in their system and my original paper. They want customers misplace the copy of warranty so that they don't refund the money.
Anything that comes from a for-profit company is going to make them money. I never purchase warrantees for that reason. Sorry you got hosed.
