No scrapes yet, but live in Florida where its flat, but back up constantly into parking spaces to avoid it and have taken steeper driveways so slow!
Common occurrence. Interestingly, the worse place for scraping the front end is entering and leaving the local Toyota dealer. The street is deeply scarred and scraped from all the vehicles 'taking a bite' out of the pavement.
I don't know why Toyota had to lower the car that much . Backing up is the best way since you have the Camera. I think they want younger people to buy the Prius.. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
I keep asking myself, "Did I buy a chick's car?!" In my area, I never see an older person (like me) in a Prius. Any Prius. Most are always young women, or a young couple.
Well , I am 45 already wish they had the Prius back when I was 18 yr. Here in Miami , I seen all ages with the Prius. I had all kind of cars. The best one is the Prius I least for me. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
Handling (lower center of gravity, reduced body roll) and aerodynamics (lower frontal area, as well as reducing airflow under the car to reduce drag coefficient and lift).
Touring suspension helps as this is the first Prius that does not drag on my daughters driveway 100% of the time.
I had a flat and scratched up the underside on the right bumper/nose I'm not going to get to fixed because you have to stoop low to see it, but was wondering what may be the cost to replace this bumper/nose as I may get it done later in future if my bumper incurs other damage
I think the profile of the Gen4 bumpers at the front is different and actually higher than the Gen3. I scratched Gen3 under the front bumper more than once. Either I am very careful with my Gen4 now, but I never scratched it once yet.
